In order for small businesses to stay competitive, they need to update the technology used in their offices.
Personal training within the office environment is available at a price that is far less expensive than
traditional training (which may be either on-the-job or more than what is necessary). So, for example, instead
of requiring one employee to train another at the risk of losing a productive employee, or instead of paying
